Narcotics Anonymous (NA) Wolf’s Den

A Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meeting is where recovering addicts meet for the purpose of recovery from the disease of addiction.

Located inside Sunset Station and Cameo Theater at City Tribe Church • 1123 E. Commerce St. • San Antonio, Texas on Thursdays nights from 7pm-8pm (Go to Orange door in the very back of the church for Entrance)

COST: Free Open Meeting

WHO: Anyone suffering from Narcotics that has a desire to stop and learn more.

CLASSES

Domestic Violence Class

Are you court ordered Domestic Violence classes? Are you court ordered through the criminal court or probation department? Are you court ordered by the dependency court or Children Services? Do you need Domestic Violence Therapy or Classes? We can help you learn powerful tools to change your circumstances and learn to live a healthier life without violence. Our domestic classes and group sessions are for both men and women. We have specialized groups for the abusers and the victims separately. Each group is taught by certified Domestic Violence Counselors and is taught is an open nonjudgmental setting.


This Domestic Violence Treatment Program is in a “IN-PERSON group setting class” to ensure quality treatment leading to the elimination of domestic violence and abuse. Probation Approved

Anger Management Class

Are you suffering from Anger management, or have you been court ordered into an Anger Management program because you have a hot temper, or often feel upset, or agitated? Come and find a holistic approach with dealing with that anger.


Theft and Shoplifting Class

The course was developed by the Founder of the National Association of Shoplifting and Theft Addiction Specialists to help facilitate counseling classes for Shoplifting Addicts. The class was designed as a 12-week group program but can be used for individual sessions as well. Topics include: social and self-awareness, shoplifting and theft assessment, understanding triggers, implementing a prevention plan, anger and depression, change, self-esteem, criminal thinking, and penalties of shoplifting.


Reiki Session

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, which is a subset of alternative medicine.

Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing. It’s Our Holistic approach blended with energy healing that incorporates techniques from the practice of Reiki as well as other advanced energy healing techniques that the practitioner is guided to use during your session including Pranic, Angelic, and Earth-based healing. 


If you desire a Holistic approach our Deep Healing session is best for first-time clients for deep initial work or for those who haven't cleared their energy in a while. This will cover initial intake, answer questions, and focus on releasing and healing years of toxic energy buildup and stagnation. Blended Balance or Light Work follow-up sessions and biannual tune-ups are recommended to ensure the initial work has integrated well and to maintain balance.

Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)- How to Escape your Prison (Adult)

How To Escape Your Prison is the primary MRT workbook used for adult offenders and adults in substance abuse treatment. The workbook addresses all of the issues related to criminal thinking and criminal needs in regard to substance abuse.

Duration: 30 Group Sessions.


YOUR LIFEWORK (Finding Your Purpose, Principles, & Mission)- Life Coaching

Focuses on finding one’s life purpose, establishing principles, and living life as being on a personal mission. This unique program guides individuals in an evaluation of their personality, habits, beliefs, and attitudes and compares these to what they believe is their true purpose and mission.


Discovering Life and Liberty in Pursuit of Happiness- Mental Health

Focuses on Mental health and working through daily challenges of living with a Mental Health Diagnosis. Individuals will learn copying skills, Stress strategies, and various of other skills and techniques to manage a diagnosis in mental health.


War Room Bible Study

The Bible study is 5 weeks long for relationships and marriage issues to help strengthen commitments. The Bible Study is conducted as a group in person, or in Zoom format. Each lesson contains four elements: Introduction, Movie Clip, Discussion, Engaging Lesson, and then Devotional consisting of three days of personal study. Allow 45 to 60 minutes for the group sessions.

Course 1: Certified Trauma-Informed Care

Course 1: Trauma-Informed is a 6-hour course that Introduces CRI’s capacity-building framework for building resilience, KISS. Knowledge, Insight, Strategies and Structure describes our community’s learning and movement from theory to practice and how to implement evidence-based strategies into action. The training includes three groups of topics: the NEAR sciences, a cluster of emerging scientific findings in the fields of Neuroscience, Epigenetics, ACE Study, and Resilience; Beneath Behavior, the critical transition from Knowledge to Insight; and ROLES, CRI’s signature training on Recognize, Observe, Label, Elect and Solve, core strategies that take us below the tip of the proverbial iceberg. The key objective is to provide information about identifying and responding to trauma with evidence-based resilience strategies when working with an audience whose trauma history may not be known.


Areas covered NEAR Science (Neuroscience, Epigenetics, ACE Study, Resilience), Brain States, and ROLES strategies for individuals seeking a trauma-informed certification upon completion of course.

Course 2: Certified Trauma Supportive Certification

Course 2: It will help to transform your organization, classroom, or family through resilience-based strategies. Using trauma-informed principles, the course teaches individuals to systematically create the positive environment that is essential for lasting success.


Attendees will learn more than 30 strategies and promising approaches utilized by some of the nation’s finest trauma-informed practitioners. This will include strategies to:


  • Build a positive culture in the classroom, office, or the family
  • Foster resilience through affirming communication
  • Create effective regulation skills
  • Deliver compassionate and empowering discipline
  • Teach others about their own trauma and stress response
  • Develop trauma-informed conflict resolution skills
